Singular projects

Each commission is unlike the last. That is not a difficulty we hide — it is the discipline we are built on.

The way we work

We don't make products. We resolve singular projects — from the first drawing to the final installation.

Turnkey means the whole is ours. Design, engineering and production live under one roof — 6,000 m², 155 machines and 50 technicians, gathered for a single purpose: to make the complex feel inevitable.

01

Design

We turn an intention into buildable, considered drawings.

02

Engineering

We solve what is never solved the same way twice.

03

Production

We make, finish and install what we draw — in-house, to the millimetre.

Museu Nacional da Música

Palácio Nacional de Mafra · 2025

Inside a sleeping wing of the Mafra palace, 8,000 m² were brought back to life to double a museum. Some 500 instruments — a Stradivarius cello, the Antunes harpsichords — asked for cabinetry that disappears so the object can speak, and for a route a hand can read in Braille and a body can feel underfoot. Here the millimetre protects the priceless.

Centro de Artes Julião Sarmento

EGEAC · Belém, Lisbon · 2025

A former food warehouse became a living home for some 1,500 works. Upon Carrilho da Graça's architecture, our task was a quiet one: joinery and display that hold their own beside Marina Abramović or Rui Chafes, and never ask to be seen. The finest craft is the kind you forget to look at.

Money Museum

Church of São Julião · Lisbon · 2015

In a deconsecrated church in Lisbon's Baixa — with King Dinis's 13th-century wall sleeping beneath it — the Banco de Portugal wanted a museum you cross like an experience. Suspended glass showcases, a river of metal inlaid into the timber floor, rooms that move from dark to light: our joinery and metalwork gave body to a museography that treats money as memory. Where archaeology is the foundation, the detail must be invisible.

Centro de Artes e Ofícios de Nisa

Municipality of Nisa · 2024

From a drawing by architect Manuel da Fonseca, we gave body to a façade sculpture 36 metres long and 6 metres high. CNC, XPS, steel structure and scenic polyurea translated, at monumental scale, the floral reliefs of Nisa's felt blankets and the stacked jars of its studded pottery — a region's identity turned into architecture. Where craft meets contemporary technique, tradition takes on monumental scale.

Metrobus Mondego Shelters

Metro Mondego · Coimbra · 2022–2026

We produced and installed the entire set of passenger shelters for the new Metrobus do Mondego — more than 80 stops along the line. The original design posed integration problems we resolved to make production viable: materials and forms of genuine complexity, each component re-engineered in detail. From technical resolution to full production, from handling to on-site installation, we delivered the whole turnkey. Where a city moves every day, the detail has to outlast it.

Al Arabiya New Studios

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · 2026

Turnkey knows no borders. The new Al Arabiya studios in Riyadh carry our production into one of the world's most demanding markets — engineering, fabrication and installation a continent away.

Olympic Medal Cases

Rio 2016 Olympic Games · 2016

In a competition that gathered manufacturers from around the world, we were chosen to produce the medal cases for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The brief was almost a contradiction: reproduce 5,280 organic wooden cases, each turned to match the last with perfect exactness. Every piece travelled with a medal to more than 78 countries — perhaps the smallest object we have ever made, and one of the proudest chapters in our history.
