50 people, one house

At Ambienti, I have the privilege of counting on a team of 50 people — men and women, all different, singular and with their own skills. It is with this diversity, and above all with a spirit of unity, that we are able to take on the most challenging projects.

We often deal with work where everything seems difficult or even impossible: because of the deadline, the degree of complexity, the experimental nature, the need to bring together different areas or budget constraints. Even so, we have found solutions and moved forward together.

I am proud to know that, through our work and our growth as a team, we have managed to deliver more than 800 unique projects — from the smallest to the largest we have completed to date.

We continue to grow as a team, as professionals and as human beings. Each person has their talents — what I like to call their 'superpowers' — but also their limitations. And that is part of being human. Despite our differences, there is something that unites us: the will to do well, to serve with transparency and honesty and to always give our best.

Our greatest goal is to hear the client say: 'Excellent work. Thank you so much.' For me, those words mean we have fulfilled our most important role: to serve, to deliver and to solve challenges.
