Data Protection Commitment

Last updated: August 2026

Ambienti D’Interni is committed to protecting the personal data entrusted to us, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable Portuguese legislation.

What this means in practice

We have implemented a set of technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data of our clients, visitors and employees is processed with transparency, security and respect for data subjects’ rights.

Measures in place

Granular cookie consent — Our website uses an explicit consent mechanism (opt-in) before activating any non-essential cookies, including analytics.

Auditable consent records — Every consent given through the website’s forms is logged with date, policy version, IP address and browser, enabling us to demonstrate compliance.

Encrypted communications — All communications with the website are protected by HTTPS/TLS. Additional HTTP security headers (CSP, HSTS, among others) reinforce protection.

Data minimisation — We collect only the data strictly necessary for each purpose (name, email and message in the contact form).

Information Security Policy — We maintain an internal policy formalising procedures for access control, backups, incident management and staff training.

Incident management — In the event of a personal data breach likely to pose a risk, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) is notified within 72 hours, and affected data subjects are informed when the risk is high.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected].

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.

Important note

This commitment constitutes a self-declaration of compliance. It does not correspond to a certification issued by an external body. It reflects the measures effectively implemented by the company and is reviewed periodically.
